Delete your Vizae account
You can delete your Vizae account and its data at any time. You do not need to accept our terms first.
In the app
- Open Vizae and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You are signed out on every device straight away, and any unfinished job is cancelled.
Without the app
Email privacy@xalgox.site from the email address of the Google account you use with Vizae, with the subject "Delete my Vizae account". We will confirm the request is yours before deleting anything. We reply within one month.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in record, including the email address held by our sign-in service.
- Your signed-in devices, and your session, job and usage records. Where we must keep a record, it is anonymised so it no longer identifies you.
- Photos, videos and results that have not already expired. Uploads are deleted within 3 days and results within 10 days in any case.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Deleted data expires from our backups within 90 days.
What is kept, and for how long
- Terms acceptance and consent records: kept for three years after your account is closed, so we can show what you agreed to.
- Server logs: kept for 14 days for security, then deleted automatically.
- Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
